What Does Chronic Pain Mean to Me?
Chronic Pain is not the centre of my life!
Chronic Pain influences and prognosis's start with me
Living with Pain with no relief – Push through the pain to feel better ex. walking and breathing
Communicating with my spouse what I can do and not what I can’t do.
Opportunity to nurture and obtain greater depth and breadth of understanding of myself and others
Self-inventory (mindfulness)
Slowed down and gave up some activities I used to like but now looking for new activities I can do
Accept and do yourself with the toolbox to break pain cycle
Positivity re: use toolbox
